Aviation Nexus Product Terms

Status: Draft terms for implementation review. These terms must be reviewed and approved before production launch.

1. Private Preview Access

Aviation Nexus is currently available through private preview while public AppExchange availability is pending. Access may be limited, changed, or withdrawn during the preview period.

2. FlightRadar24 API Subscription

Aviation Nexus requires the customer's own FlightRadar24 API subscription and credentials. FlightRadar24 access is not included with Aviation Nexus, and Orbit Apps does not resell FlightRadar24 data.

3. Salesforce Package Status

The Aviation Nexus base package has passed Salesforce security review. ISV agreement completion and public AppExchange availability are pending.

4. Intended Use

Aviation Nexus is intended for business visibility, operational context, reporting, and workflow automation. It is not designed for air traffic control, flight navigation, dispatch safety decisions, emergency response, or other safety-critical use.
